Jeffrey Paul Rhoades

September 15, 1949 – January 22, 2018

Jeff Rhoades was a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Estates at Monarch Cove Community Association, the very first client that hired South Coast Property Management in 2003. More importantly Jeff was a friend to all who worked for South Coast. His knowledge, drive, passion and tenacity helped the Association prevail through several important issues during the last 15 years. He was a great example of what and how a Board Member should be and he will be greatly missed by the staff at South Coast, his family, friends and members of his community. Obituary
