Both in responding to the need to be “mobile friendly” and to better present the core values and capability of my company, I have been working with a consultant to complete a revamp of my company website.
The new site is fully responsive to the changing trend to mobile computing where more than 50% of individuals accessing the internet, do so on a phone or tablet. “In this day and age, if you site doesn’t respond that that format, people don’t bother to view it” said Smith.
One of the improved aspects of the website will be an increased use of our “South Coast Blog”. Not only will be be using the blog as a means of promoting company news and keeping board members and homeowners up to date on important information on living in a community association but it will also include meaningful short articles on home and lifestyle issues and topics that you will find interesting and useful. “In fact if you have a topic idea that fits that category, pass it on and we’ll attempt to provide information on that topic” added Smith.
Owners and tenants living in communities managed by South Coast will continue to be able to access important information on their community, their account, submit and track work orders, pay their assessments and communicate with their Board and South Coast.
Vendors who provide services to the community association industry will also find important information on participating in the South Coast Vendor Certification Program which makes sure that all vendors are licensed and insured for the protect of South Coast clients.
